Ihr Profil:

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in (DGKP) mit Vertiefung in der Kinderkrankenpflege

* Sie sind engagiert und haben Freude an der Arbeit im Team

* Im Arbeitsalltag wissen Sie auch in stressigen Situation Prioritäten zu setzen und teilen unseren Anspruch an höchste Qualität einer pflegerischen Versorgung

* Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

* Ihre Deutschkenntnisse können Sie optimalerweise mit einer weiteren Sprache ergänzen

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen und Behandlungen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen unter der Berücksichtigung der fachspezifischen Besonderheiten

* Pflege und Betreuung von Kindern sowie ihren Familien während der Behandlungstermine

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt_innen, Therapeut_innen und anderen Fachkräfte im interdisziplinären Termin

* Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses und des Gesundheitszustandes des Kindes

* Unterstützung bei der Diagnostik und Therapieplanung unter der Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse der Patient_innen

* Blutentnahmen und Probenverwaltung für das Labor

* Mitwirken bei qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen
