Das St. Josef Krankenhaus Wien ist die größte Geburtshilfe in Österreich und betreut rund 4.000 Geburten pro Jahr. In der Wochenbettpflege setzen wir das Konzept der integrativen Betreuung von Mutter und Kind seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich um. Das Eingehen auf die Bedürfnisse von Mutter und Kind ist uns ein großes Anliegen. Unser eingespieltes Team setzt sich aus DGKP*, DKKP* und Hebammen zusammen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte DGKP* bzw. DKKP* mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zur Praxisanleitung. 3 DGKP*, DKKP* als Praxispädagog*in für die Wochenbettstationen (ab 20 WST) Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Als Praxispädagog*in begleiten, schulen und unterstützen Sie im Ausmaß von 20 Wochenstunden Auszubildende der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege sowie neue Mitarbeitende direkt auf der Station im klinischen Alltag.

* Sie leiten Auszubildende gezielt an, begleiten sie durch die Praktikumsphase, beurteilen Lernfortschritte und reflektieren den Praktikumserfolg

* Sie planen, organisieren und führen praktische Übungen sowie zielgerichtete Workshops durch

* Sie arbeiten eng mit Expert*innen und Führungskräften im Eltern-Kind-Zentrum zusammen

* Sie sind wesentlich an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und Qualitätssicherung beteiligt

* Sie kennen externe und interne Bildungspartner und fördern Austausch und Kooperation

* Sie unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung zeitgemäßer sowie innovativer Bildungskonzepte

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Praxisanleiter*in

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur DGKP*, DKKP*

* Gültige Registrierung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

* IBCLC / Basisseminar Stillen und / oder Erfahrung in der Geburtshilfe von Vorteil

* Hohe Patient*innenorientierung und Empathie

* Freude an der Arbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team und an der Ausbildung von zukünftigen Kolleg*innen

* Identifizierung mit dem Werteverständnis unseres Hauses

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für die Dienstnehmer*innen der Ordensspitäler Österreichs mind. € 4.021,66 (Verwendungsgruppe C2, Stufe 2) bei 40 Stunden. Der staatliche Pflegezuschuss wurde berücksichtigt. Die Einstufung wird abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung" vorgenommen
