Rund 700 Mitarbeiter_innen der Caritas Salzburg sind Sprachrohr, Stütze und Richtungsweisende für Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen. Wir unterstützen, betreuen, begleiten und beraten alle, die unsere Hilfe brauchen. Werde auch du Teil unseres vielfältigen Teams und finde deinen Job mit Sinn!

Der Mathiashof in Fuschl am See ist ein naturverbundenes Projekt für Menschen mit Behinderung. Unsere Klient_innen finden dort Beschäftigung, werden in ihrer Selbständigkeit gefördert und bedürfnisorientiert begleitet.

Wir freuen uns auf dich als: 1 DGKP für den Mathiashof in Fuschl am See (m/w/d) (Teilzeit, 8 bis 25 Stunden)

Du bist zuständig für

* Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit Behinderung

* Erstellung, Dokumentation und Evaluierung der Pflegemaßnahmen

* sämtliche Tätigkeiten, die im Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegegesetz vorgesehen sind

* Anleitung und Unterstützung der Kolleg_innen in pflegerischer Hinsicht

* psychosoziale Betreuung von Klient_innen

* Gesundheitsberatung, Anordnung, Durchführung und Mitwirkung bei präventiven sowie gesundheitsfördernden Maßnahmen

* Anleitung und praktische Begleitung von Praktikant_innen und Auszubildenden

* Zusammenarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team

Du bringst mit

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r DGKP

* Berufserfahrung im Betreuungs- oder Pflegebereich von Vorteil

* Freude bzw. besondere Fähigkeit im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung

* hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen

* strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Arbeiten im Team

Unser Einstiegsgehalt orientiert sich am Kollektivvertrag für die Beschäftigten und Lehrlinge der karitativen Arbeitgeber_innen und liegt bei dieser Stelle, je nach Erfahrung, zwischen € 3.803,05 und € 4.265,30 brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Stunden, inkl. SEG Zulage und Pflegezuschuss).
