Im Krankenhaus der Barmherzigen Schwestern in Ried versorgen Sie unsere Patient*innen auf höchstem Niveau. Wir sind ein modernes, zukunftsorientiertes Versorgungszentrum mit 422 Betten und überzeugen als Schwerpunktspital mit einem breiten medizinischen Leistungsspektrum. 1 DGKP* für die Diabetesberatung in der Internen Ambulanz Bei unseren Mitarbeiter*innen legen wir großen Wert auf eine hohe fachliche Qualifikation, Engagement und Freude an der Arbeit. Was bei uns zählt, ist sich mit Ideen und Talenten einzubringen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Internen Ambulanz suchen wir eine DGKP* (Pflegeexperte* / Pflegeexpertin* Diabetesberatung) im Ausmaß von 12 bis 20 Wochenstunden ab September 2026.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Beratung, Schulung und Betreuung von Patient*innen aller Altersstufen mit Diabetes Typ I und Typ II

* Betreuung und Schulung von Pat. mit Gestationsdiabetes

* Durchführung von Gruppenschulungen von Pat. mit Diabetes Typ 1 und Typ 2

* Beratung und Anleitung der Patient*innen zur Medikation, Selbstkontrolle und Insulintherapie

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt*innen, Pflegekräften, Diätolog*innen und weiteren Gesundheitsexpert*innen im interdisziplinärem Team

* Mitwirkung an der Planung, Umsetzung und Evaluierung evidenzbasierter Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards als Pflegeexperte*/Pflegeexpertin* Diabetesberatung

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP* gemäß GuKG

* Berufserfahrung als DGKP sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Patient*innen mit Diabetes Typ I und Typ II

* Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung Diabetesberatung gem. § 64 GuKG bzw. Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren

* Genaues und selbstständiges Arbeiten

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Teamorientierung sowie Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit

Für diese Stelle bieten wir Ihnen lt. Kollektivvertrag der OÖ Ordensspitäler ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens € 3.952,17 (Basis 40 Wochenstunden, LD 15, 14 mal jährlich). Die Einstufung wird abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgenommen. Zulagen lt. Kollektivvertrag.
