Die mobilen Palliativteams der Caritas begleiten schwer kranken Menschen und ihre Angehörigen. Sie bieten ganzheitliche Betreuung, in deren Mittelpunkt die Patient_innen, ihre Angehörigen und deren Lebensqualität und Selbstbestimmtheit steht.

Wir freuen uns im Pongau auf dich als: 1 DGKP in den mobilen Palliativteams Pongau (m/w/d) Stundenausmaß: Teilzeit, 10 bis 25 Stunden

Arbeitsort: Pestalozzigasse 6, 5500 Bischofshofen

Du bist zuständig für

* die Durchführung palliativpflegerischer und pflegerisch-medizinischer Maßnahmen

* die Beratung und Unterweisung von Patient_innen, Angehörige, Pflege- und Hilfskräfte in Bezug auf Palliativpflege

* eine bedarfsorientierte Beratung und Pflege auf Basis eines ganzheitlichen Zugangs gemäß den geltenden internen und externen Standards

* die Vernetzungsarbeit mit Krankenhäusern, Mobilen Diensten, Hospizen, Hausärzt_innen etc.

* die Tätigkeit als DGKP im Palliativteam umfasst maximal 33 Stunden, bei Interesse an einer höheren Stundenzahl (bis Vollzeit, 37 Stunden sind möglich) können die zusätzlichen Stunden in einer anderen Einrichtung des Fachbereichs Mobile Dienste erbracht werden

Du bringst mit

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP und einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* im Optimalfall eine Zusatzausbildung in der Palliativpflege bzw. bist bereit, diese zu absolvieren

* Eigenverantwortlichkeit im Umgang mit Patient_innen

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie

* Bereitschaft für Rufbereitschaft (nachts nur telefonisch)

* einen Führerschein B

Unser Einstiegsgehalt liegt bei dieser Stelle, je nach Erfahrung, zwischen € 3.710,10 und € 4.160,67 brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Stunden, inkl. SEG Zulage und Pflegezuschuss). Zudem werden dienstspezifische Zuschläge noch extra vergütet.
