Als Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (DGKP) sind die Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeit: * Pflege, Überwachung und Behandlung von Patient*innen mit lebensbedrohlichen bzw. potentiell lebensbedrohlichen Erkrankungen * Lückenlose Überwachung und Beobachtung der Patient*innen * Sichere Bereitstellung und Bedienung der Medizintechnik * Assistenz bei Diagnostik, Therapie und Reanimation * Ermittlung der Pflegedefizite und des daraus resultierenden Pflegebedarfs * Planung und Auswertung des Pflegeprozesses * Verbesserung der Lebensqualität durch pflegerische Interventionen auf der Grundlage des International Council of Nurses Ethikkodex (ICN Ethikkodex) für Pflegefachpersonen

Fachlich: * Ausbildung im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege * Nachweis über die Registrierung im Gesundheitsberufsregister * IT-Kenntnisse * Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung

Persönlich: * Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzfreude * Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten * Initiative und Flexibilität bei der Bewältigung neuer Aufgaben * Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken
