Kärntenweit bieten wir in unseren zwölf Pflegewohnhäusern ein familiäres und warmherziges Umfeld. Basierend auf

dem Konzept der ganzheitlichen und aktivierenden Betreuung und Pflege, bieten wir ein vielseitiges Betreuungsangebot

und Freizeitprogramm. Liebevolle Betreuung bei Demenz, fachkundige palliative Versorgung sowie eine einfühlsame

Begleitung auf dem letzten Weg liegen uns besonders am Herzen.

Für den Bereich stationäre Pflege und Betreuung suchen wir für unser Pflegewohnhaus "Haus

Elisabeth" in 9433 St. Andrä für 30 Wochenstunden eine*n 1 DGKP (m/w/d) - Pflegewohnhaus "Haus Elisabeth" Teilzeit, 30 Stunden/Woche

Beschäftigung ab sofort möglich

Deine Aufgaben

o Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen physischen, psychischen und sozialen Betreuung und Pflege der

Bewohner*innen

o Eigenverantwortliche bewohnerorientierte Planung und Durchführung einer fachlich qualifizierten Gesundheitsund Krankenpflege nach dem aktuellen pflegewissenschaftlichen Stand und den entsprechenden

berufsrechtlichen Vorschriften (insbesondere §§ 12-17 GUKG)

o Betreuung, Behandlung und Pflege der Bewohner*innen gemäß dem Leitbild der Caritas und im Sinne der

Achtung der Würde, der Privatsphäre und der Eigenständigkeit der Bewohner*innen

Dein Profil

o Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als DGKP

o Freude an der Arbeit mit alten Menschen

o Eigenverantwortung, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft

o Sehr gute Dokumentationskenntnisse

o Flexibilität und Teamgeist

o Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Loyalität

o Identifikation mit dem Leitbild und den Werten der Caritas
