Als Mitarbeiter:in des Springerpools arbeiten Sie flexibel in den Bereichen mobile und stationäre Pflege und Betreuung. Sie bringen Ihre Expertise dort ein, wo sie gerade benötigt wird und sind daher ein wichtiger Bestandteil für die Sicherheit in der Dienstplanung unserer Teams. 1 DGKP - Mobile Betreuung und Pflege (Springer:in) - steiermarkweit Voraussetzungen

* Sie haben ein Diplom im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder eine entsprechende Anerkennung/Nostrifikation einer im Ausland erworbenen Qualifikation.

* Sie haben Freude an wechselnden Einsatzorten und spontanen Herausforderungen.

* Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit alten Menschen und deren Zu- und Angehörigen.

* Sie haben eine selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise.

* Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B

* Sie haben Interesse, die Teams in der qualitätsvollen Arbeit zu unterstützen.

* Durchführung von Tätigkeiten aus dem gesamten Kompetenzbereich der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege in Abstimmung mit den Teams vor Ort

Das Bruttogehalt für 36 Wochenstunden beträgt unter Berücksichtigung von 15 Vordienstjahren: € 4.388,98, inkl. SEG Zulage, Springerzulage und Pflegebonus, exkl. Sonn-, Feiertags- und Nachtdienstzuschläge.
