Wir suchen für unsere teilbetreute Wohngruppe am Standort in Altenhof am Hausruck 1 DGKP oder PFA für unsere teilbetreute Wohngruppe Wir bieten:

* Einstufung nach SWÖ-KV, Bruttoverdienst bei 100 % - noch ohne Nachtdienste, Sonn- und Feiertagszuschlägen, Pflegebonus und konkreter Vordienstzeitenanrechnung

** DGKP ab € 3.660,43

** PFA ab € 3.252,37

* Mehr Urlaubstage schon ab dem 2. Dienstjahr

* 37-Stunden-Woche bei Vollzeit

* Flexible Dienstplangestaltung

* Umfassende Einschulung und Fort- bzw. Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten

* Supervision

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Individuelle Begleitung, Betreuung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit körperlichen und mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen im Wohnalltag

* Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung des täglichen Lebens unter Berücksichtigung der persönlichen Bedürfnisse, Fähigkeiten und Wünsche der Bewohner:innen

* Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung bei der Grundversorgung und bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der jeweiligen Qualifikation

* Unterstützung bei Körperpflege, Ernährung, Mobilität, An- und Auskleiden sowie bei der Gestaltung des persönlichen Tagesablaufs

* Unterstützung bei Freizeitaktivitäten, Ausflügen und der Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und selbstbestimmten Alltags

Ihr Profil:

* Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten im interdisziplinären Team

* Hohes Maß an Engagement und Flexibilität

* Aktive Beziehungsgestaltung

* Gute Reflexionsfähigkeit

* Wertschätzung, Respekt, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung und deren Angehörigen

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Diplomierten Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn oder Pflegefachassistenten/in
