Ihr Aufgabengebiet * Sie führen den Pflegeprozess eigenverantwortlich nach den Vorgaben des GuKG durch. * Sie arbeiten in einem multiprofessionellen Team und unterstützen diagnostische und therapeutische Maßnahmen im klinischen Alltag. * Sie beraten und begleiten Patient*innen und Angehörige bei der Krankheitsbewältigung, Therapieplanung und Gesundheitsförderung. * Sie dokumentieren sämtliche pflegerische Maßnahmen professionell, präzise und unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

Ihr Profil * Sie verfügen über ein Diplom im gehobenen Dienst für Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, ein abgeschlossenes Studium nach dem GuKG oder ein EU-konformes Äquivalent. * Sie sind im österreichischen Gesundheitsberuferegister eingetragen. * Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2-Niveau) für eine klare und sichere Kommunikation im Pflegealltag. * Sie sind eine motivierte, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit. * Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbständige und patient*innenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.

Für die Aufnahme in diese Berufsgruppe ist ein Immunitätsnachweis (Impfstatus) für verschiedene Impfungen erforderlich. Für etwaige dadurch entstehende Kosten ist kein Ersatz durch den Wiener Gesundheitsverbund vorgesehen.

Für Mitarbeiter*innen, die bereits bei der Stadt Wien beschäftigt sind, ergibt sich die Entlohnung für die ausgeschriebene Stelle durch die Dienstposten- bzw. Funktionsbewertung und die entsprechende Einreihung im jeweiligen Gehaltssystem.

Für neue Mitarbeiter*innen beträgt das Einstiegsgehalt laut Wiener Bedienstetengesetz bei 40 Wochenstunden 3.671 € brutto zzgl. 150 € brutto Erschwernisabgeltung zzgl. 143 € brutto Pflegebonus (14x jährlich). Durch die Anrechnung von berufseinschlägigen bzw. gleichwertigen Tätigkeiten als Vordienstzeiten ergibt sich ein höheres Gehalt.
