Assista bietet für Menschen mit körperlicher und mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung ein differenziertes Angebot für Wohnen, Fähigkeitsorientierte Aktivität, Therapie, Mobile Betreuung und Hilfe in Oberösterreich. 1 DGKP, PA und PFA für Altenhof Teilzeit bzw. Vollzeit (50% - 100%: 19 - 37 Wochenstunden).

Wir bieten:

* Einstufung nach dem SWÖ-KV, Bruttoverdienst bei 100 % - noch ohne Nachtdienste/Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge und konkrete Vordienstzeitenanrechnung: DGKP ab € 3.660,43; PFA ab € 3.252,37; PA ab € 2.964,44

* Erhöhter Urlaubsanspruch bereits ab dem 2. Dienstjahr

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum DGKP, PFA oder PA

* Hohes Maß an Engagement und Flexibilität

* Aktive Beziehungsgestaltung

* Reflexionsfähigkeit

* Wertschätzung, Respekt, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung und deren Angehörigen
