Assista bietet für Menschen mit körperlicher und mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung ein differenziertes Angebot für Wohnen, Fähigkeitsorientierte Aktivität, Therapie, Mobile Betreuung und Hilfe in Oberösterreich.

Für unseren Wohnverbund in der "Synapse Gallspach" suchen wir eine/n in Teilzeit (ca. 30 Wochenstunden). 1 DGKP, PA und PFA oder FSB für die Synapse Gallspach in Teilzeit (ca. 30 Wochenstunden).

Wir bieten:

* Einstufung nach SWÖ-KV, Bruttoverdienst bei 100 % - noch ohne Nachtdienste/Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge und konkrete Vordienstzeitenanrechnung: DGKP ab € 3.660,43, PFA ab € 3.252,37; FSB ab € 3.170,57, PA ab € 2.964,44

* Erhöhter Urlaubsanspruch bereits ab dem 2. Dienstjahr

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Individuelle Begleitung, Betreuung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit körperlichen und mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen im Wohnalltag

* Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung des täglichen Lebens unter Berücksichtigung der persönlichen Bedürfnisse, Fähigkeiten und Wünsche der Bewohner:innen

* Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung bei der Grundversorgung und bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der jeweiligen Qualifikation

* Unterstützung bei Körperpflege, Ernährung, Mobilität, An- und Auskleiden sowie bei der Gestaltung des persönlichen Tagesablaufs

* Unterstützung bei Freizeitaktivitäten, Ausflügen und der Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und selbstbestimmten Alltags

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Diplomierte/n Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn, PflegefachassistenIn, PflegeassistenIn oder FachsozialbetreuerIn BA/A

* Hohes Maß an Engagement und Flexibilität

* Erkennen von Problemen und Wünschen der KlientInnen

* Fähigkeit, auf individuelle Bedürfnisse unserer KlientInnen einzugehen

* Aktive Beziehungsgestaltung

* Wertschätzung, Respekt, Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung und deren Angehörigen
