Für das Management des operativen Tagesgeschäftes sowie zur Unterstützung und Vertretung der Stationsleitung suchen wir ab sofort eine*n interessierte*n u... 1 DGKP* Stationskoordinator*in Innere Medizin Ihr Aufgabengebiet * Koordination des Tagesablaufs unter Berücksichtigung der Patient*innen- und Mitarbeiter*innenorientierung * Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme des Monitorings und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität im Bereich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Stationsleitung, den Pflegeexpert*innen und der Pflegequalitätsberatung * Umsetzung des Pflegekonzeptes CARING * Mitwirkung bei der Begleitung von Studierenden, Auszubildenden und neuen Kolleg*innen und Förderung einer strukturierten Einarbeitung im Team * Aktive Beteiligung an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit und innovative Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs

Ihre Qualifikationen * Diplom der Gesundheits-und Krankenpflege * Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung und hohes Interesse an der Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung * Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Gesundheits-, Pflege oder Managementbereich von Vorteil * Förderung der multiprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten Team * Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke * Sicherstellung einer patientenorientierten korrekten Pflege und Betreuung der Patient*innen * Konflikt-und Selbstreflexionsfähigkeit * Umsetzung des Werteverständnisses unseres Hauses bei der täglichen Arbeit * Betriebswirtschaftliches Interesse und Handeln * Organisationstalent und Umsichtigkeit * Sie verfolgen aktuelle Entwicklungen in Pflegepraxis und Pflegeforschung und teilen Ihr Wissen aktiv im Team

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für die Dienstnehmer*innen der Ordensspitäler Österreichs mind. € 4.550,- (Verwendungsgruppe B2, Stufe 2 inkl. fixer Zulagen und Pflegezuschuss lt. EEZG) bei 40 Stunden. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt ist abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
