Gesucht wird eine erfahrene Pflegefachkraft, die neben hoher pflegerischer Kompetenz insbesondere Erfahrung in der psychiatrischen bzw. gerontopsychiatrischen Pflege mitbringt und Verantwortung für die Qualität und Organisation eines Wohnbereichs übernehmen möchte. Der Arbeitsort ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines Wohnbereichs * Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, individuellen und ganzheitlichen Pflege und Betreuung * Verantwortung für eine korrekte und aktuelle Pflegedokumentation, Pflegeplanung, Anamnese und Assessments * Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der pflegerischen Qualitätsstandards * Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung des Pflege- und Betreuungskonzeptes * Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im Wohnbereich * Sicherstellung professioneller Abläufe im Pflegeprozess * Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegedienstleitung, Ärzt und weiteren Berufsgruppen * Unterstützung und Anleitung von Mitarbeiter bei der Anwendung interner Programme, Dokumentationssysteme und Standards

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegeperson (DGKP) bzw. eine in Österreich anerkannte gleichwertige Ausbildung * Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister * Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der psychiatrischen bzw. gerontopsychiatrischen Krankenpflege * Sehr gute pflegefachliche Kenntnisse * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Pflegedokumentation, Pflegeplanung, Anamnese und Assessments * Erfahrung in einer leitenden bzw. verantwortlichen Funktion von Vorteil * Weiterbildung "Basales und mittleres Pflegemanagement" von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung * Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Qualitätsorientierung * Organisations- und Führungskompetenz * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und wertschätzender Umgang mit Bewohner und Mitarbeiter * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

WEITERBILDUNG WIRD FINANZIERT

Sollten Sie die Weiterbildung "Basales und mittleres Pflegemanagement" noch nicht absolviert haben, stellt dies kein Ausschlusskriterium dar.

Die erforderliche Weiterbildung wird vom Arbeitgeber finanziert und kann in der Dienstzeit absolviert werden.

Damit bietet sich die Position auch für sehr erfahrene DGKP mit psychiatrischem bzw. gerontopsychiatrischem Hintergrund an, die den nächsten Karriereschritt in eine Führungsfunktion machen möchten.

ENTLOHNUNG

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag der karitativen Arbeitgeber und beträgt bei 37 Wochenstunden EUR 3.601,55 bis EUR 4.096,95 brutto monatlich, abhängig von der anrechenbaren Berufserfahrung.

Zusätzlich wird der Pflegezuschuss des Bundes in Höhe von derzeit EUR 135,50 brutto monatlich gewährt.

Bei einer Beschäftigung im Ausmaß von 38 Wochenstunden erhöht sich das Gehalt um 2,7 %.
