Als diëtist werk je binnen het team Begeleiding & Behandeling vanuit 't Gasthuis in Middelburg. Je werkt nauw samen met andere paramedici, o.a. psycholoog, maatschappelijk werk, de verzorgenden en andere medische disciplines. Tegelijk ben je onderdeel van de SVRZ‑brede vakgroep diëtetiek. De vakgroep diëtetiek is een kleine vakgroep. Door het vertrek van een collega zoeken we een nieuwe diëtist, zodat de vakgroep SVRZ‑breed weer uit vier diëtisten bestaat. Dat betekent dat je vakcollega's niet per se op dezelfde locatie werken, maar dat er wel intensief wordt samengewerkt en afgestemd. Je werkt zelfstandig en proactief, met veel ruimte voor eigen professionele verantwoordelijkheid. Collegialiteit en multidisciplinaire samenwerking staan centraal, en je hebt affiniteit met het werken met ouderen. Wat ga je doen? - Verrichten van diëtistisch onderzoek en observeren, behandelen en begeleiden van cliënten - Adviseren over voeding en eetproblemen bij cliënten met onder andere dementie of somatische aandoeningen - Inzetten van jouw expertise voor specifieke doelgroepen zoals Geriatrische Revalidatie en Laag Volume - Hoog Complexe doelgroepen - Afstemmen met de regie-voerend behandelaar en werken binnen multidisciplinaire teams - Meedenken en bijdragen aan vakinhoudelijke en beleidsmatige ontwikkelingen binnen de vakgroep. - Werken op zowel hoofdlocaties als buitenlocaties (rijbewijs en eigen auto zijn nodig) De werkdagen stem je af met je directe diëtetiek‑collega.
