Je begeleidt verschillende patiëntengroepen, zowel klinisch als poliklinisch, en ziet direct wat jouw advies en begeleiding kunnen betekenen voor hun herstel en gezondheid. Je werkt op onze locaties in Almelo en Hengelo. In Hengelo richt je je op bariatrie en de poliklinische begeleiding van patiënten met diabetes mellitus. In Almelo verricht je klinische werkzaamheden, onder andere binnen de cardiologie. Je voert diëtistisch onderzoek uit, stelt behandelplannen op en begeleidt patiënten tijdens hun behandeling. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met andere zorgprofessionals. Je komt terecht in een team van 17 diëtisten met verschillende specialisaties en aandachtsgebieden. De korte opnameduren en snelle behandelingen zorgen voor veel afwisseling. Binnen het team delen jullie kennis en krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen, onder andere op het gebied van bariatrie. - Je hebt een hbo-diploma Voeding en Diëtetiek. - Je bent empathisch en weet prettig en duidelijk te communiceren met patiënten en collega's. - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een ziekenhuisorganisatie. Ervaring met HiX is een pré. - Je denkt in mogelijkheden en oplossingen en kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook actief de samenwerking met collega's en andere disciplines. - Je hebt ervaring met of affiniteit met bariatrie. Ervaring binnen dit aandachtsgebied is een pré en je wilt je hierin graag verder ontwikkelen. - Goed om te weten: je bent beschermd tegen hepatitis B en kunt een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) overleggen.
