Bij DiabetesZorg Haaglanden (DZH) zetten we ons elke dag in om patiënten de best mogelijke zorg en begeleiding te bieden. In ons team van deskundigen zorgen we niet alleen voor medische ondersteuning, maar helpen we mensen écht grip te krijgen op hun leven met diabetes. Wat ga je doen? Als diabetesverpleegkundige werk je in een omgeving waar hoogcomplexe zorg wordt geleverd op drie locaties van HMC. Je werkt in een hecht team waar samenwerking, plezier en professionele ontwikkeling centraal staan. Je bent bereid om op meerdere locaties te werken en je werkt nauw samen met artsen en verpleegkundigen. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je bent gediplomeerd diabetesverpleegkundige; - Je hebt ervaring in een ziekenhuisomgeving; - Je werkt graag zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband; - Je bent communicatief sterk, empathisch en geduldig; - Je hebt een professionele en betrokken werkhouding. We vragen je om een VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) als onderdeel van de aanvraagprocedure. Wat bieden we jou? - Je krijgt een jaarcontract voor 32 uur per week. We hebben de intentie dit contract om te zetten naar onbepaalde tijd. Dit evalueren we samen in de loop van het jaar; - Daar hoort natuurlijk een salaris bij!
