- Wij zijn Royal Reesink Een monteur belt. Reachtruck in storing, klant kan niet verder. De foutcode zegt hem niets en hij loopt vast. Nu is het aan jou. Als Diagnose Specialist bij Motrac Linde loods je hem stap voor stap naar de oplossing. Je bent de technische vraagbaak voor monteurs in alle vier onze regio's. Elke dag zet je je volle kennis in op waar jij het sterkst in bent: diagnose stellen, analyseren en oplossen. Jouw rol bij Motrac Linde Je bent de schakel tussen de monteur in het veld en de oplossing. Vanuit Almere ondersteun je servicemonteurs bij complexe storingen aan Linde hef- en magazijntrucks. Zij staan ter plekke met hun diagnoseapparatuur, jij kijkt met een frisse blik en technisch inzicht mee. Samen lossen jullie op wat niemand in zijn eentje lukt. Je werkt op de technische helpdesk met één directe collega. De een neemt de telefoon, de ander duikt in een case. Bij bijzondere storingen sleutel je soms zelf mee. En zie je hoe een diagnoseproces of werkwijze beter kan? Dan voer je die verbetering binnen de afdeling ook echt door. Een greep uit je werkzaamheden - Je ondersteunt monteurs in alle regio's op afstand bij storingen aan elektronica, hydrauliek en aandrijfsystemen; - Je zoekt mee in technische documentatie en schema's bij niet-standaard storingen; - Je legt oplossingen vast in het casemanagementsysteem, zodat kennis beschikbaar blijft voor het hele team; - Je schakelt dagelijks met de Linde-helpdesk in Duitsland voor vraagstukken die extra diepgang vragen; - Je signaleert terugkerende problemen en bouwt mee aan de kennisbank van het Expertise Center. Wie ben je Je hebt zelf jarenlang aan machines gesleuteld. Je weet hoe het voelt om bij een klant te staan met een storing die je niet direct herkent. Precies dat maakt je sterk in deze rol: je snapt wat monteurs nodig hebben en je vertaalt technische kennis naar bruikbare instructies. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als heftruckmonteur en lost complex...
