Wat ga je doen als Diagnose Technieker:

  • Onderhoud en herstellingen van elektrische en hybride wagens van BYD, met gebruik van BYD-specifieke software en geavanceerde tools
  • Uitvoeren van reparaties afhankelijk van je ervaring en vaardigheden, van kleine herstellingen tot complexere interventies
  • Plannen van werkzaamheden in overleg met de naverkoopafdeling, zodat alle activiteiten efficiënt en gestructureerd verlopen
  • Detecteren en verhelpen van storingen wanneer een wagen problemen ervaart, inclusief nauwkeurige diagnose en troubleshooting
  • Testen van de wagen na reparaties door een testrit uit te voeren en te controleren of alle systemen correct functioneren
  • Controle van software en elektronica voor aflevering van de wagen, inclusief updates van systemen zoals Apple CarPlay, achteruitrijcamera en andere voertuigsoftware
  • Communiceren met de naverkoop om hen te voorzien van duidelijke informatie over de uitgevoerde stappen, zodat klanten goed geïnformeerd worden
  • Voorbereiden van wagens voor technische keuringen wanneer nodig, inclusief controles en kleine aanpassingen
  • Installeren en updaten van elektronica en software, waarbij je zorgt dat alle voertuigen klaar zijn voor gebruik en voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden
  • Zorgdragen voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid, door nauwkeurig en professioneel te werken bij elke stap van het proces

Wie ben jij

  • Ervaren professional: je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met elektrische en/of hybride voertuigen en bent vertrouwd met de nieuwste technische ontwikkelingen in de automotive sector.
  • Passie voor auto’s: je bent verliefd op alles wat vier wielen heeft en hebt een grote interesse in techniek, innovatie en voertuigprestaties.
  • Vakmanschap: je bent een echte vakmens die de puntjes op de i zet, nauwkeurig werkt en trots is op je werk.
  • Teamspeler: je werkt goed samen met collega’s en ondersteunt anderen waar nodig, zodat het team gezamenlijk de beste resultaten behaalt.
  • Klantgericht: je straalt vriendelijkheid en toegankelijkheid uit en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant een positieve ervaring heeft, van diagnose tot aflevering van het voertuig.
  • Technische kennis: je bent vaardig in het installeren, updaten en onderhouden van elektronica en software, zoals Apple CarPlay, achteruitrijcamera’s en BYD-specifieke systemen.
  • Zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk: je kan taken zelfstandig uitvoeren, storingen detecteren en verhelpen, en neemt eigenaarschap over je werk.
