The posting

Voor een vooruitstrevende speler binnen de automotive sector in regio Herent is Vivaldis op zoek naar een HEV3 Technieker gespecialiseerd in elektrische en hybride voertuigen.

Je werkt aan het hart van elektrische mobiliteit: hoogspanningsbatterijen en elektrische aandrijfsystemen. Dit is geen klassieke mechanische functie, maar een hightech rol waarbij diagnose, analyse en veiligheid centraal staan.

Je taken:

  • Uitvoeren van diepgaande diagnoses op HV-batterijen en elektrische aandrijflijnen
  • Analyseren van foutcodes, prestatiegegevens en thermische parameters
  • Herstellen, reviseren of vervangen van batterijmodules, hoogspanningscomponenten en koelsystemen
  • Toepassen van strikte veiligheidsprocedures bij werken aan hoogspanningssystemen
  • Uitvoeren van software-updates en kalibraties
  • Testen van voertuigen vóór aflevering
  • Correct documenteren van uitgevoerde interventies
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en kwaliteitsoptimalisatie
  • Je werkt in een moderne, goed uitgeruste werkplaats waar elektrische mobiliteit dagelijkse praktijk is. Je krijgt de kans om je verder te specialiseren binnen innovatieve voertuigtechnologie.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een technisch sterke professional met ervaring in diagnose en elektriciteit.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma automechanica, elektromechanica, elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een geldig HEV3-certificaat
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als diagnosetechnieker / HEV3 technieker
  • Grondige kennis van elektriciteit en elektronica
  • Een rijbewijs B

Daarnaast ben je:

  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
  • Zeer nauwkeurig met een uitgesproken focus op veiligheid
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken binnen duidelijke procedures
  • Een teamspeler die kennis deelt met collega’s
  • Gemotiveerd om mee te groeien binnen elektrische mobiliteit
