Ben jij een technisch talent dat graag overzicht behoudt en processen optimaliseert? Als diagnose technieker heb je een coördinerende rol en werk je samen met meerdere vestigingen. Je combineert technische kennis met een hands-on aanpak en bent een belangrijke schakel in het garageteam van een bedrijf dat personenvervoer op een hoog niveau organiseert.

Wat ga je doen? In deze functie sta je in voor het coördineren van alle technische interventies over verschillende vestigingen heen. Je bereidt werkzaamheden voor, begeleidt collega’s en volgt de uitvoering op.

  • Voorbereiden van interventies door schema’s en technische plannen te raadplegen
  • Aansturen van garagepersoneel en opvolgen van hun werkzaamheden
  • Signaleren van technische problemen en ervoor zorgen dat deze correct opgelost worden
  • Rapporteren van de voortgang en resultaten aan de verantwoordelijke van het garageteam

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een organisatie actief in al het personenvervoer: geregeld, bijzonder geregeld en ongeregeld vervoer, verspreid over België en Luxemburg. Het bedrijf legt de nadruk op veiligheid, professionaliteit en teamwork. Als diagnose technieker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een correcte voorbereiding en opvolging van technische werkzaamheden, waardoor je direct bijdraagt aan betrouwbare vervoersoplossingen. Wij zoeken een kandidaat die beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor of masterdiploma in een technische richting
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende houding
  • Beheersing van Nederlands en Frans
