De job

Als Diagnosetechnieker ben jij dé specialist die diep graaft in technische problemen. Je analyseert, test en herstelt elektrische, elektronische, thermische en hydraulische systemen van onder andere heftrucks, hoogwerkers, schaarliften en verreikers.

Jouw taken bestaan uit:

  • Het interpreteren van complexe werkopdrachten, schema’s en technische fiches.
  • Het stellen van een onderbouwde diagnose op basis van ervaring, observaties en test- & diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Het uitvoeren van uiteenlopende herstellingen aan elektrische, elektronische, thermische en hydraulische componenten.
  • Het uitvoeren van kalibraties, parameterinstellingen en veiligheidstesten.
  • Het monteren van accessoires, randapparatuur en het installeren of testen van nieuwe software.
  • Administratieve opvolging van je werkbonnen.
  • Adviseren van collega’s én klanten over technische problemen en mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Mee ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega’s en het delen van nieuwe technieken of inzichten.
  • Zelfstandig en veilig werken in een nette, gestructureerde werkplaats.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze machines in topconditie naar de klant vertrekken, biedt een ondersteunende rol voor collega’s en laat hen bouwen op jouw technische expertise.

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een technische richting (automechanica, elektromechanica, autotechnieken, elektronica, …) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s, plannen en diagnosesystemen vlot lezen en gebruiken.
  • Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van elektrische systemen en/of thermische motoren.
  • Je hebt ook een goede basis hydraulica en kennis van thermische motoren.
  • Je kan overweg met zowel manueel meetgereedschap als geavanceerde diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Je kan technische documentatie analyseren, metingen en vaststellingen op de machine combineren met de interpretatie van diagnosetools, en op basis daarvan een correcte diagnose stellen.
  • Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar je ondersteunt net zo graag collega’s.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en klantgericht.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans, en Engels is een extra troef om technische documentatie over onze machines te analyseren.
