Jouw uitdaging als Diagnosetechnieker

Als diagnosetechnieker ben jij dé technische specialist binnen onze werkplaats. Wanneer een storing zich voordoet, rekenen collega's én klanten op jouw expertise om snel de juiste oorzaak te vinden en een oplossing uit te werken.

Diagnoses stellen

Geen uitdaging is jou te complex. Of het nu gaat om een koffer die onverwacht opent, een elektronische storing of een hardnekkig technisch probleem: jij gaat systematisch op zoek naar de oorzaak.

Je:

  • Spoort mechanische, elektrische en elektronische storingen op.
  • Analyseert complexe problemen met behulp van geavanceerde diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Stelt efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen voor.
  • Blijft zoeken tot het probleem volledig opgelost is.

Herstellingen & technische ondersteuning

Naast het uitvoeren van diagnoses werk je actief mee aan herstellingen en onderhoudswerken. Dankzij jouw expertise ben je bovendien een belangrijke steun voor collega-techniekers wanneer zij geconfronteerd worden met complexe technische vraagstukken.

Rapportering en communicatie

Je werkt nauw samen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke en zorgt voor een duidelijke rapportering van jouw diagnoses, analyses en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.

Technisch aanspreekpunt

Je ondersteunt receptionisten en magazijniers bij technische vragen en staat klanten professioneel te woord wanneer extra uitleg nodig is. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en servicegerichte aanpak voelen klanten zich in goede handen.

Wie zoeken we?

Jij bent een gepassioneerde technieker die graag problemen oplost en voortdurend wil bijleren.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een opleiding als diagnosetechnieker of ervaring als mechanieker die klaar is voor de volgende stap in zijn carrière.
  • Sterke kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en voertuigdiagnose.
  • Een oplossingsgerichte en analytische mindset.
  • Teamspirit: je deelt graag jouw kennis en helpt collega's vooruit.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.
  • Interesse om opleidingen te volgen en je kennis up-to-date te houden.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.
