Onze klant is een sterk groeiende mobiliteitsgroep met een stevige reputatie in Zuid-Oost-Vlaanderen. Vanuit verschillende vestigingen staat een team van ongeveer 200 medewerkers dagelijks klaar voor verkoop, onderhoud, herstellingen en technische ondersteuning van een uitgebreid aanbod aan gerenommeerde automerken.

De organisatie combineert de professionaliteit en technische mogelijkheden van een grotere groep met een familiale bedrijfscultuur waarin vertrouwen, respect en persoonlijke service centraal staan. Medewerkers krijgen er ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen een omgeving die voortdurend in beweging is.

Technologie speelt daarbij een steeds grotere rol. Geconnecteerde voertuigen, geavanceerde rijhulpsystemen, hybride en volledig elektrische aandrijvingen zorgen ervoor dat het vak van diagnosetechnieker continu evolueert. Via interne opleidingen en gecertificeerde trainingen krijgen techniekers de kans om hun kennis voortdurend bij te schaven en mee te groeien met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen automotive.

Wat houdt de job in? Als Diagnosetechnieker ben jij de technische speurneus van de werkplaats. Wanneer een voertuig een complexe storing vertoont, ga jij systematisch op zoek naar de oorzaak. Je analyseert foutmeldingen, interpreteert technische gegevens en combineert digitale diagnosetools met jouw praktische ervaring om tot een correcte oplossing te komen.

  • Complexe technische en elektronische storingen analyseren en de onderliggende oorzaak bepalen
  • Diagnoses uitvoeren volgens de technische richtlijnen en procedures van de verschillende automerken
  • Werken met moderne diagnosetools en systemen voor elektrische, hybride en geconnecteerde voertuigen
  • Storingen onderzoeken aan onder meer rijhulpsystemen, elektronische componenten en aandrijvingen
  • Technische dossiers voor garantiewerkzaamheden volledig en nauwkeurig samenstellen
  • Foto's, geluidsfragmenten en andere technische bewijsstukken verzamelen wanneer nodig
  • Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en diagnoses gedetailleerd registreren op de werkorders
  • Overleggen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke zodat klanten correcte en duidelijke informatie ontvangen
  • Meewerken aan mechanische onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden
  • Samen met collega's technische uitdagingen analyseren en tot efficiënte oplossingen komen
  • Je hebt een diploma autotechniek of autotechnologie en minstens 3 jaar ervaring als diagnosetechnieker
  • Elektronica, voertuigdiagnose en technische analyse zijn helemaal jouw terrein
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, denkt analytisch en laat geen enkel detail aan je voorbijgaan
  • Je bent gedreven om voortdurend bij te leren en nieuwe automotive technologieën onder de knie te krijgen
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
