Ben jij een krak in het opsporen van complexe technische storingen en werk je graag met de modernste technologieën binnen de transportsector? Voor onze vestiging in Webbekom zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Diagnosetechnieker Bussen.

Functieomschrijving

Als Diagnosetechnieker speel jij een sleutelrol in het rijdend houden van ons wagenpark. Je duikt diep in de techniek en garandeert dat elke bus veilig en in topconditie de weg op gaat.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit:

Storingen analyseren: Je spoort complexe mechanische, pneumatische, hydraulische en elektronische defecten snel en doelgericht op.

Diagnoseapparatuur bedienen: Je leest voertuigen uit met geavanceerde diagnosecomputers en gespecialiseerde testsoftware.

Reparaties & onderhoud: Je herstelt of vervangt onderdelen van onder meer de motor, transmissie, ophanging en remsystemen.

Werken aan EV & Hybride: Je voert diagnoses en herstellingen uit aan hoogvoltagesystemen en batterijpakketten van onze elektrische en hybride bussen.

Kwaliteitscontrole & veiligheid: Je voert grondige eindcontroles en testritten uit om de hoogste veiligheidsstandaarden te waarborgen.

Administratieve afhandeling: Je registreert al je diagnoses en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden nauwkeurig in het softwaresysteem.

Profiel

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als (diagnose)technieker.

Je hebt een brede kennis van auto- of bedrijfsautomechanica en elektronica. Ervaring met of interesse in hoogvoltagesystemen (EV/Hybride) is een groot pluspunt.

Je werkt analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.

  • Technisch secundair onderwijs afgerond - TSO of SO met technische richting
  • Rijbewijs B op zak - want je moet die bussen ook kunnen verplaatsen
  • Interesse in voertuigtechniek - motoren en elektronica boeien jou
  • Nauwkeurig werken - details maken het verschil
  • Teamspeler zijn - alleen kom je er niet, samen wel
