Als Diagnosetechnieker ben jij dé specialist die technische mysteries ontrafeld en oplost. Jouw werkdag ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Diagnose & analyse: Je detecteert complexe technische defecten en storingen aan personenwagens en bedrijfsvoertuigen met behulp van moderne diagnoseapparatuur en software
  • Reparatie & onderhoud: Na grondige analyse voer je zelfstandig de nodige herstellingen en reparaties uit aan mechanische, elektrische en elektronische systemen
  • Teamwork: Je werkt nauw samen met collega-monteurs en techniekers om tot de beste en snelste oplossingen te komen
  • Kennisdeling: Je deelt actief jouw expertise en draagt bij aan de professionele ontwikkeling van het team
  • Rapportage: Je houdt een volledig en nauwkeurig overzicht van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en rapporteert aan de werkplaatsmanager
  • Bijblijven: Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe technologieën, Ford-modellen en diagnosetechnieken door trainingen en bijscholingen

Opleiding & ervaring:

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding autotechnieker, automechanica of reparatietechnieker
  • Je hebt relevante werkervaring in de automotive sector (bij voorkeur als diagnosetechnieker of in een garagebedrijf)
  • Kennis van Ford-modellen is een sterke troef, maar geen vereiste

Certificaten & attesten:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een HEV1-attest (verplicht voor werken aan hoogspanningssystemen)
  • Extra certificaten zoals HEV2, airco-attest of LPG zijn een pluspunt

Persoonlijkheid & skills:

  • Analytisch & probleemoplossend: Jij ziet patronen en vindt oorzaken, niet alleen symptomen
  • Technisch sterk: Mechanica, elektronica, motorsystemen – jij beheerst het allemaal
  • Leergierig: Nieuwe technologieën zoals elektrische aandrijvingen en ADAS-systemen fascineren je
  • Teamplayer met autonomie: Je werkt graag samen maar kan ook zelfstandig taken uitvoeren
  • Nauwkeurig: Details ontsnappen jou niet – veiligheid en kwaliteit zijn jouw prioriteiten
  • Communicatief sterk: Je kan technische informatie helder overbrengen naar collega's en leidinggevenden
