Storingen opsporen, oorzaken vinden en de juiste oplossing uitvoeren. Werken met moderne diagnoseapparatuur én je technische kennis gebruiken om complexe problemen aan te pakken. In een team van ervaren techniekers krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en je verder te specialiseren. Klinkt dit als een technische uitdaging die je warm maakt? Dan is deze job als diagnosetechnieker voor personenwagens misschien iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Technische problemen en defecten in personenwagens opsporen.
  • Diagnoses uitvoeren met moderne diagnoseapparatuur en meetapparatuur.
  • De oorzaak van technische problemen analyseren en de juiste oplossing bepalen.
  • Nodige mechanische herstellingen zelfstandig uitvoeren.
  • Uitgevoerde werkzaamheden volledig digitaal registreren.
  • Klanten indien nodig extra uitleg geven over uitgevoerde herstellingen.
  • Collega's ondersteunen bij technische vragen en hun opleiding op de werkvloer.
  • Overleggen met collega's wanneer een technisch probleem extra expertise vraagt.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer zes techniekers. Je start naast een ervaren collega en kunt tijdens je werk gemakkelijk overleggen met de rest van het team. De communicatie is open en er is ruimte voor een grap tussendoor, maar wanneer er een technisch probleem opgelost moet worden, staat iedereen klaar om mee te denken.

Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen opleidingen voor de merken waarmee ze werken. Wie op termijn een andere richting uit wil, krijgt daar de ruimte voor. Doorgroeien gebeurt vanuit eigen initiatief en ervaring, niet omdat het moet.

  • Je hebt een bachelor autotechniek of meerdere jaren ervaring als autotechnieker.
  • Je hebt ervaring met voertuigdiagnose en wil je hierin verder specialiseren.
  • Je beschikt over een HEV 2 attest of hebt minstens een HEV 1 attest en de nodige ervaring.
  • Je kunt werken met diagnoseapparatuur en technische meetapparatuur.
  • Je hebt een geldig rijbewijs B.
