Manpower Professional Technics & Construct is gespecialiseerd in technische vacatures en leidinggevende vacatures binnen de industrie, technische dienstverlening en bouwsector. Voor een jong, groeiend familiebedrijf kijk ik uit naar een diagnosetechnieker voor rollend materieel en (land)bouwmachines. Regio: Moerbeke

Jobomschrijving

Als diagnosetechnieker zal je na je inloopperiode zowel in de firma als bij klanten diagnoses uitvoeren en herstellingen doen. Je zoekt elektrische storingen op en voert de diagnose uit op machines voor industrie, (land)bouw & recyclage zoals verreikers, knikladers, wielladers, graafkranen, … Je interpreteert foutmeldingen op het instrumentenbord, de display en de controlelampen. Je sluit diverse mogelijke oorzaken uit bij storingen in de elektrische kring (kabelbreuk, slecht contact, …), je sluit geijkte test- en diagnoseapparatuur aan en leest de meetwaarden of het foutgeheugen uit (emissietest, compressietest, remmentest, olietest, lekkentest, geluidsanalysator, …). Aan de hand van die waarnemingen en meetresultaten onderneem je vervolgens de nodige acties. Verder doe je installaties van elektrische of elektronische instrumenten voor industriële machines (lastbegrenzer, weegsystemen positiebepalingssysteem, , …) en sta je in voor een ordelijke werkplaats.

Als diagnosetechnieker heb je een technisch diploma (TSO of Bachelor) in de richting van elektromechanica / landbouwmechanisatie / ... Je hebt goede elektrische/elektronische kennis (ook planlezen). Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken en hebt over het algemeen een positieve attitude.
