Jij als dialyseverpleegkundige Als dialyseverpleegkundige bouw je sterke relaties op met onze patiënten die vaak al jarenlang komen om te dialyseren. Je haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen van patiënten en voelt je helemaal thuis in een warme, zorgzame omgeving, zowel met collega's als met patiënten. Je hebt een talent voor het overbrengen van kennis en het verzorgen van trainingen, zowel aan cursisten als aan medische vakgenoten en coassistenten. Bovendien heb je een sterke motivatie om je voortdurend te ontwikkelen en te blijven groeien in je vak. Jouw nieuwe werkplek De dialyseafdeling beschikt over 19 dialysestations en biedt een breed scala aan nierfunctievervangende therapieën. De afdeling staat bekend om de hoge kwaliteit van zorg en wordt ondersteund door ervaren professionals die gepassioneerd zijn over het vakgebied. Ons multidisciplinair team bestaat uit dialyseverpleegkundigen, dialyse verpleegkundige in opleiding, verpleegkundig specialisten, afdelingsassistenten, dialyse-assistenten, diëtisten, nefrologen, praktijkcoördinatoren, medisch maatschappelijk werkers, kwaliteit...
