ZGT , Almelo Vakgebied Verpleegkunde Functie Overige beroepen verpleegkunde Branche Ziekenhuis Aanstelling Tijdelijk met uitzicht op vast Plaatsingsdatum 30 September 2026 Niveau MBO Ervaring Ervaren Dienstverband Fulltime Als dialyseverpleegkundige in opleiding leer je specialistische zorg te bieden aan patiënten met chronisch of acuut nierfalen. Dialyse heeft grote impact op het dagelijks leven van patiënten, juist daarom bouw je vaak een langdurige band met hen op. Je begeleidt patiënten tijdens een tijdelijke of langdurige dialysebehandeling en, wanneer dat nodig is, in het traject naar een mogelijke niertransplantatie. Tijdens de opleiding leer je nierfunctie vervangende therapieën uit te voeren in zowel chronische als acute situaties. Naarmate je opleiding vordert, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je ontwikkelt je tot een dialyseverpleegkundige die zelfstandig complexe behandelingen kan uitvoeren en medisch-technisch sterk is. Na succesvolle afronding van de opleiding ben je bevoegd en bekwaam om als dialyseverpleegkundige te werken. Je werkt in het dialysecentrum met de nieuwste technologieën en ontwikkelingen. Het centrum beschikt over 28 dialysestations en behandelt gemiddeld 115 patiënten per week. De afdeling is zes dagen per week geopend. Buiten kantoortijden werken we met bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Je werkt volgens het E.V.V.-systeem (Eerst Verantwoordelijke Verpleegkundige) en maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van nefrologen, verpleegkundig specialisten, dialyseverpleegkundigen, zorgassistenten, diëtisten, technici, maatschappelijk werkers, geestelijk verzorgers en secretaresses. Naast de directe patiëntenzorg kun je deelnemen aan verschillende werkgroepen. De opleiding tot dialyseverpleegkundige duurt 15 maanden en start in april 2027 .
