Met jouw kennis, initiatief en oog voor kwaliteit lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan ons team en aan de beste zorg voor onze patiënten. Bij het Dijklander Ziekenhuis geloven we dat goede zorg ontstaat door continu te verbeteren. Daarom werken we volgens de Lean-methodiek: een manier van denken, doen en samenwerken die ons helpt processen slimmer in te richten, verspilling te verminderen en de kwaliteit van zorg verder te verhogen. Je werkt met respect en aandacht voor patiënten, hun naasten en collega's. Wie ben jij? Wij zijn op zoek naar een door en door Dijklander . Een doorpakker die verder kijkt dan de eerste vraag. Voor patiënten, maar net zo goed voor collega's. Wat breng je verder mee: - diploma als dialyseverpleegkundige; - inschrijving in het BIG-register; - minimaal 1 jaar klinische werkervaring; - affiniteit met medisch-technisch handelen en je hierin verder wilt ontwikkelen. De afdeling Het Niercentrum behandelt patiënten met nierfalen. Deze patiënten bereiden wij voor op niertransplantatie of dialyse. We bieden alle vormen van dialyse aan, namelijk peritoneaal dialyse, centrum hemodialyse en thuis hemodialyse. In Hoorn bevat het Niercentrum zestien dialysestations en twee isolatiekamers.
