Dianet is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Medewerker Zorgsupport in Utrecht (Locatie Diakonessenhuis) die zich samen met ons inzet voor de beste zorg. Als Medewerker Zorgsupport ben jij de onmisbare schakel op onze dialyseafdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor een veilige en prettige behandeling. Dankzij jouw inzet loopt het werk op rolletjes en kunnen patiënten en collega's rekenen op een goed georganiseerde, schone en gastvrije omgeving. Je bereidt de dialyseplekken en apparatuur zorgvuldig voor, ondersteunt het zorgteam bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, en begeleidt patiënten voor en na hun behandeling. Je houdt de werkruimte, keuken en apparatuur schoon, beheert de voorraad en zorgt dat materialen tijdig worden aangevuld. Ook help je bij het bestellen en uitserveren van eten en drinken aan onze patiënten, en werk je altijd volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Naast je werkzaamheden op de dialyseafdeling kun je ook worden ingezet bij de Servicedesk. Hier ben je het visitekaartje van Dianet en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers. Je ontvangt bezoekers, beantwoordt telefoongesprekken, ondersteunt bij facilitaire meldingen en verricht diverse administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden. Waar kom je te werken? Je gaat aan de slag in het Diakonessenhuis. Daar werk je samen met verpleegkundigen, artsen en collega's van Zorgsupport. Samen vormen jullie één hecht team dat zich inzet om patiënten de best mogelijke zorg en een prettige ervaring te bieden. Het is een plek waar betrokkenheid, zorgvuldigheid en samenwerking vanzelfsprekend zijn.
