CVO HIK is een Hedendaags, Innovatief en Kwaliteitsvol centrum voor volwassenenonderwijs gelegen in de Kempen met 7 vestigingsplaatsen: Arendonk, Geel, Herentals, Veerle-Laakdal, Mol, Tessenderlo-Ham en Westerlo. We bieden een brede waaier cursussen aan in heel uiteenlopende vakgebieden.

CVO HIK wil voor elke cursist optimale onderwijskansen scheppen om zichzelf te ontplooien. Samen leren opent deuren in een snel evoluerende wereld. Vandaar onze leuze: “Samen groeien is onze keuze”. Hierbij willen we zowel inzetten op de individuele situatie van cursisten als op de professionele groei van elke leraar.

Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke voor onze boekhouding. We gaan momenteel uit van een deeltijdse invulling, maar ook een voltijdse betrekking behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Jouw taken:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dienst boekhouding, verdeelt de taken en stuurt de directe collega aan.

- Je houdt het overzicht en je verzorgt de dubbele boekhouding. Concrete administratieve taken bestaan uit: inboeken van aankoopfacturen, betalingen in het cursistenadministratiepakket inboeken, opleidingscheques aanvragen, fiscale fiches en subsidie wettelijk vervoer aanvragen, opvolging van de openstaande cursistenbetaling

- Je bent verantwoordelijk en eerste aanpreekpunt voor de begrotingsopmaak.

- Je geeft advies op beleidsmatig vlak aan diractie en andere belanghebbenden.

- Je wordt betaald in leraarsuren, zijnde 10/20ste, dat betekent concreet dat je 18u per week presteert. Bij een voltijdse tewerkstelling betekent dat 36u/week.

- Je staat volledig achter de visie van levenslang leren en de missie van CVO HIK

- je hebt een boekhoudkundige opleiding genoten , liefst met ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie

- Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring als boekhouder, liefst in een leidinggevende en/of coördinerende rol

- je bent vlot in het Nederlands

- Je bent digitaalvaardig en kan efficiënt werken met digitale tools en softwarepakketten

- Je werkt probleemoplossend, bent stressbestendig, hulpvaardig en vriendelijk
