Algemene toelatingsvoorwaarden:

  • Een gedrag vertonen dat in overeenstemming is met de eisen van de functie waarvoor je solliciteert. Dit wordt getoetst aan de hand van een uittreksel uit het strafregister (model 595). Omwille van de rechtstreekse verantwoordelijkheid voor de zorg en het welzijn van een kwetsbare bewonersgroep, de leidinggevende positie binnen de zorgorganisatie en het noodzakelijke vertrouwen dat met deze functie gepaard gaat, wordt een uittreksel uit het strafregister gevraagd. Het uittreksel mag niet ouder zijn dan drie maanden. Als daarop een ongunstige vermelding voorkomt, mag je daarover een schriftelijke toelichting voorleggen.
  • De burgerlijke en politieke rechten genieten;
  • Toegelaten zijn tot het wettig verblijf in België en een algemene toegang hebben tot de arbeidsmarkt ;
  • Medisch geschikt zijn voor de uit te oefenen functie, in overeenstemming met de wetgeving betreffende het welzijn van het personeelslid bij de uitvoering van hun werk. Dit moet nagegaan worden voor de effectieve tewerkstelling;
  • Voldoen aan de vereiste over de taalkennis opgelegd door de wetten op het gebruik der talen in bestuurszaken, gecoördineerd op 18 juli 1966;
  • Slagen voor de selectieprocedure.

Specifieke aanwervingsvoorwaarden:

  • In het bezit zijn van een master, ofwel een diploma van het universitair onderwijs of een diploma van het hoger onderwijs van twee cycli die gelijkgesteld werd met universitair onderwijs én minimaal 4 jaar relevante beroepservaring in een leidinggevende functie en 4 jaar ervaring in de IT-sector;
  • Indien geen masterdiploma: minstens in het bezit zijn van een bachelor diploma of daarmee gelijkgesteld én minimaal 4 jaar relevante beroepservaring in een leidinggevende functie en 4 jaar ervaring in de IT-sector én slagen voor een capaciteitstest op het niveau van de functie.
