The posting

Als Diensthoofd Opgroeien en Samenleven sta je in voor het uitvoeren van het beleid en de efficiënte en vlotte werking van de cel Sociale Activering, het Lokaal Dienstencentrum (LDC), het Initiatief Buitenschoolse Opvang (IBO), de Buitenschoolse Opvang en Activiteiten (BOA), het Overkop-huis en de cel Wonen. Je zorgt voor een duidelijke structuur en geeft leiding aan deze teams.

Daarnaast detecteer je als Diensthoofd Opgroeien en Samenleven noden, doe je projectvoorstellen, coördineer en beheer je projecten en ondersteun je hun uitvoering. Hierbij coach je de medewerkers, adviseer je hen en geef je gerichte feedback over hun prestaties.

Samen met de directeur Mens ben je als diensthoofd verantwoordelijk voor de correcte aangifte en facturatie van subsidies, toelagen en tussenkomsten rond maatschappelijke dienstverlening.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het coördineren van de te bereiken doelstellingen en het zorgen voor een goede afstemming binnen de teams en binnen de organisatie.
  • Het coachen van en ondersteuning bieden aan het team.
  • Beleidsontwikkeling op vlak van inburgering en integratie, sociale activering, lokaal dienstencentrum (zorgzame buurt), buitenschoolse opvanginitiatieven, Overkop-huis en wonen.
  • Correcte en heldere interne en externe communicatie.
  • Je hebt (minstens) een masterdiploma of (indien je geen masterdiploma hebt) je slaagt voor een capacitaire proef.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende en/of in een functie binnen één van de teamdomeinen.
  • Je bent proactief, flexibel en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel in stressvolle situaties.
  • Je werkt vlot met digitale tools zoals Word, Outlook, Excel en OneNote.
  • Je hebt een positieve houding en deelt die graag met heel Maldegem.
