Wil je bijdragen aan het welzijn van federale ambtenaren? Kan jij mensen makkelijk motiveren en sensibiliseren? Hou je van een gevarieerd takenpakket binnen welzijn op het werk? Dan is deze functie als diensthoofd risicobeheersing - preventieadviseur niveau 1 iets voor jou.

Jouw functie

Als diensthoofd risicobeheersing coördineer en organiseer je de dagelijkse werking van de dienst Risicobeheersing bij Empreva. Je neemt onder meer deze taken op:

  • Je bereidt het technisch comité voor en maakt de notulen op.
  • Je organiseert overleg en infosessies en rapporteert hierover aan de directeur en het beheerscomité.
  • Je geeft leiding aan je team en voert loopbaan-, functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht de individuele teamleden.
  • Je adviseert werkgevers en werknemers over de welzijnswetgeving.
  • Je werkt opvolgings- en controlerapporten uit over veiligheid, preventie en welzijn op het werk.
  • Je sensibiliseert verantwoordelijken en medewerkers over het belang van veilige werkomstandigheden.
  • Je houdt je kennis actueel en ondersteunt collega's bij arbeidsveiligheid.

Over Empreva

Empreva is de centrale cel van de gemeenschappelijke preventiedienst voor verschillende federale overheidsdiensten. De dienst maakt deel uit van de FOD Beleid en Ondersteuning (FOD BOSA) en zorgt voor het welzijn van federale personeelsleden, onder meer bij FOD Justitie, FOD Financiën en FOD Binnenlandse Zaken.

Selectieprocedure

De procedure verloopt als volgt:

  1. We screenen je diploma en/of benoemingsbesluit, getuigschrift preventieadviseur en ervaring
  2. Je legt een assessment met computertesten af bij Werkenvoor.be in Brussel.
  3. Je legt een interview en een assessment af bij FOD BOSA in Brussel.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of een federaal benoemingsbesluit met voldoende anciënniteit
  • Je hebt een getuigschrift van de aanvullende vorming tot preventieadviseur niveau 1
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als preventieadviseur en minstens 4 jaar ervaring in bescherming en preventie op het werk
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende vaardigheden en coacht je team naar resultaat. Je begeleidt je team met inzet en stimuleert verandering.
  • Je denkt kritisch, communiceert overtuigend en werkt graag samen met anderen. Je pakt problemen op en zoekt naar oplossingen, en je werkt vanuit het standpunt van de klant.
  • Een diploma in ergonomie of arbeidshygiëne, kennis van het Frans en ervaring als leidinggevende zijn een troef.
