Bij SkillSourcing werk je als consultant op projecten binnen verschillende lokale besturen. Je combineert de zekerheid van een vast contract met uitdagende projecten die aansluiten bij jouw expertise en interesses. Zo ondersteun je verschillende organisaties, bouw je brede ervaring op en draag je mee bij aan een efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening voor inwoners.

Wat ga je doen?

  • de dagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van de technische dienst;
  • het aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van medewerkers;
  • de planning, opvolging en prioritering van technische werkzaamheden;
  • de coördinatie van openbare werken, infrastructuur- en patrimoniumprojecten;
  • budgetbeheer, personeelsplanning en de opvolging van middelen;
  • de voorbereiding en opvolging van dossiers voor het college en het management;
  • samenwerking met bestuurders, interne diensten, aannemers en externe partners;
  • het optimaliseren van processen en de verdere uitbouw van een efficiënte technische dienstverlening.

• Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een technische dienst van een lokaal bestuur.

• Je hebt ervaring met het organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van een technische dienst of technische projecten.

• Je weet medewerkers te motiveren, te coachen en duidelijke prioriteiten te stellen.

• Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, bestuurders, burgers en externe partners.

• Je plant en organiseert efficiënt en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende dossiers of projecten tegelijk lopen.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt oplossingsgericht.

• Je bent bereid om opdrachten uit te voeren binnen een straal van maximaal één uur rijden vanaf je woonplaats (rekening houdend met de gebruikelijke verkeersdrukte).
