Language Van Gogh Museum Logo Dienstleider meldkamer PP10 Het veiligheidsteam van het Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum en Stedelijk Museum zoekt een gedreven dienstleider die operationeel leiding geeft aan een team van centralisten en surveillanten in de meldkamer op het Museumplein in Amsterdam. - Vacature Dienstleider meldkamer PP10 - Dienstverband Full-time Wat is PP 10? PP10 is de centrale meldkamer waar 24 uur per dag toezicht gehouden wordt op de drie musea op het Museumplein. Dit is een kleine klantgerichte organisatie met ongeveer 50 medewerkers waar je je direct thuis voelt. Samen met museumpersoneel, politie en andere instanties houden ze risico's scherp in de gaten en grijpen ze in voordat situaties escaleren. Na sluitingstijd nemen ze de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de beveiliging en veiligheid van de gebouwen en de kunst. PP10 is het coördinatiepunt van het Museumplein, dat ervoor zorgt dat bezoekers onbezorgd kunnen genieten van kunst en cultuur. Wat ga je doen? Als dienstleider meldkamer werk je in een hecht team van zo'n 50 collega's; centralisten, surveillanten en dienstleiders. Iedereen kent elkaar goed, houdt elkaar scherp en staat voor elkaar klaar. Je dienst start met een briefing. Daarna ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de musea, de centralisten en surveillanten tijdens je dienst. Je coördineert de operationele werkzaamheden van de meldkamer en zorgt voor een professionele afhandeling van de alarmmeldingen. Je stuurt actief op samenwerken en het realiseren van een optimale dienstverlening. Je rapporteert aan de (Team)Manager van PP10 B.V. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Aansturen en coördineren van PAC en meldkamerdiensten; - Instrueren en functioneel aansturen van de medewerkers tijdens jouw dienst; - Verzorgen van een correcte klantrapportage; - Coachen en begeleiden van jouw team van ongeveer 6 medewerkers; - Gevraagd en ongevraagd geven van verbetervoorstellen Wie ben jij?
