DAP Hof ter Roye is een kleinschalige dierenartsenpraktijk voor gezelschapsdieren in Bilzen. Om onze praktijkwerking verder te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde dierenartsassistente.

Jouw functie

Als dierenartsassistente werk je nauw samen met de dierenarts en sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse werking van de praktijk.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • onthaal van klanten en patiënten;
  • telefonie en afsprakenbeheer;
  • assisteren tijdens consultaties;
  • voorbereiden van onderzoeken en behandelingen;
  • assisteren bij anesthesie en chirurgische ingrepen;
  • bloedafnames en uitvoeren van in-house labo-onderzoeken;
  • verzorgen en opvolgen van gehospitaliseerde dieren;
  • klaarmaken en opruimen van de consultatie- en operatieruimte;
  • reinigen en desinfecteren van materiaal en ruimtes;
  • voorraadbeheer en bestellingen;
  • administratieve ondersteuning en verwerking van patiëntendossiers;
  • klanten informeren over praktische zaken rond de verzorging van hun dier.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die:

  • graag met honden en katten werkt;
  • klantvriendelijk en communicatief is;
  • nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk werkt;
  • zelfstandig taken kan opnemen;
  • goed kan samenwerken;
  • stressbestendig en flexibel is;
  • initiatief neemt en graag bijleert;
  • bereid is om zowel verzorgende, technische als administratieve taken op te nemen.

Een opleiding dierenartsassistente en/of ervaring in een dierenartsenpraktijk is een pluspunt.

Ook gemotiveerde kandidaten met een relevante opleiding maar beperkte praktijkervaring komen in aanmerking.

Ons aanbod

Je komt terecht in een kleinschalige, persoonlijke dierenartsenpraktijk met een gevarieerd takenpakket.

DAP Hof ter Roye beschikt onder andere over:

  • digitale radiografie;
  • in-house bloedanalyse;
  • gasanesthesie;
  • hospitalisatiemogelijkheid;
  • een brede waaier aan eerstelijnszorg voor honden en katten.

We bieden:

  • een afwisselende functie;
