In het kort: Je gaat een integrale architectuur voor assetmanagement in het fysieke domein ontwikkelen, standaarden borgen, processen en informatiestromen modelleren, adviseren over besluitvorming en de naleving van architectuur binnen projecten bewaken. Informatie en criteria Functieomschrijving en algemene eisen Opdrachtomschrijving In het kader van de aansluiting van werkwijzen en processen op IT is er een groeiende behoefte aan een integrale en kaderstellende architectuur voor Asset Management binnen het Fysieke domein. Naar aanleiding van de roadmaps die binnen de verschillende Asset Teams binnen V&OR zijn samengesteld en het ombouwen van het Programma Regie op IV naar een staande organisatie Proces en Informatie Management voor Asset Management (PIM-AM) is er een zeer sterke behoefte om binnen architectuur te gaan werken. Dat gaat helpen om verbetering te brengen in: - afwegingskader/besluitvorming rond vervangingsopgaven; - datakwaliteit en daarmee effectiever werkproces; - aansluiting van IT-behoeften op de werkwijze; - impact bepaling van IT-wijzigingen op werkprocessen; - duidelijkheid bij werknemers over reikwijdte van hun rol. Werkzaamheden - Afstemmen met en doorgronden van de belanghebbenden in de beheerketen; - Doorgronden en (door)ontwikkelen van de Architectuur Assetmanagement over de hele levenscyclus: van planvorming (nieuwbouw, herinrichting, vervanging) en definitie (OTL/objectdefinitie en projectregistratie), via programmeren, naar beheer (GISIB, tDMS) en uitfasering; - Onderzoeken en verankeren van bestaande en toekomstige standaarden (o.a. IMBOR, NEN, IMGeo, BIM/ISO 19650), in afstemming met de data-adviseur van PIM-AM; - Beschrijven van de relatie tussen werkprocessen, informatiestromen en het applicatie- en datalandschap, in samenwerking met de business-/informatieanalist; - Voorbereiden van en adviseren over besluitvorming, en presenteren richting PIM-AM, clusterarchitectuur en de asset-teams; - Vastleggen van de architectuur in de (clu.
