In deze rol co-creëer en regisseer je online campagnes in Nederland en België. Een uitdagende rol, want je hebt een miljoenenpubliek en werkt met veel vrijheid: eigen inbreng is een must! Komt bij dat de budgetten meestal fors zijn en dat je schakelt met de beste mediapartners, creatieve bureaus, media-, communicatie- en contentspecialisten. Hoe maak je maximale impact op onze merkdoelstellingen? En hoe bereik je, samen met een heleboel interne stakeholders, concrete business ambities? Het is aan jou om continu te monitoren of campagnes zo effectief zijn als we hopen en, als dat een keer niet zo is, om aanpassingen door te voeren. Oftewel: jij stuurt op de juiste balans tussen bereik, contactfrequentie, traffic en conversie. Uiteraard verwachten we dat je volop experimenteert. Geen probleem, want pionieren zit als het goed is in je DNA. Net als in dat van ons trouwens. A/B testen? Nieuwe tooling proberen? Innovaties introduc...
