Ben jij een geboren probleemoplosser die graag nieuwe technologie uitpluist? Heb je net je diploma op zak en wil je liever écht iets bouwen dan maandenlang meelopen? Krijg je er energie van om mensen te verlossen van het werk waar ze op vrijdagavond nog mee bezig zijn? Dan ben jij misschien de Digital Automation Engineer die we zoeken.

Robonext is een onafhankelijk IT-bedrijf, gevestigd in Lint, gespecialiseerd in Intelligent Automation. We bouwen software robots en AI agents, we ontwikkelen maatwerksoftware wanneer een standaardtool niet volstaat, en we begeleiden klanten in de adoptie ervan. Sinds 2019 hebben we meer dan 1000 processen geautomatiseerd die elke dag in productie draaien, in Finance, Supply Chain, Aankoop, Operations en HR.

Dit ga je doen:

  • Je praat met onze klanten, leert hun bedrijfsprocessen kennen en begrijpt waar het bij hen knelt
  • Je ontwerpt mee de technische oplossing om dat proces te automatiseren, met RPA, AI en low code
  • Je ontwikkelt robots en automatiseringen met tools zoals UiPath en Microsoft Power Platform
  • Je schrijft ook echte code: voor klanten waar een standaardtool niet volstaat, bouwen we maatwerk in .NET
  • Je test je eigen werk grondig en lost problemen op tot de oplossing betrouwbaar draait
  • Je volgt bestaande automatiseringen mee op en zorgt dat ze blijven werken wanneer de klant verandert

Jij herkent jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in informatica, ingenieurswetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig. Voor deze functie is een diploma een vereiste
  • Je hebt een passie voor software ontwikkelen of testen. Kennis van .NET ontwikkeling is een duidelijke plus, omdat we daar ons maatwerk in bouwen.
  • Je werkt al met AI-tools zoals Claude Code of Codex, of je hebt interesse om dat te doen. Wij gebruiken ze dagelijks en verwachten dat jij dat ook doet
  • Je communiceert helder, ook tegen mensen die geen IT’er zijn
  • Je bent klantgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor wat je oplevert
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Engels
