Voor het Daily & Digital Solutions Team bij het bedrijf zoeken we enthousiaste collega’s die willen meegroeien in een moderne, digitale en dynamische omgeving.

Als Medewerker Daily & Digital Solutions Team ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.

Je helpt hen verder met hun dagelijkse bankzaken, digitale oplossingen en praktische vragen. Dankzij jouw professionaliteit en empathie zorg je voor een uitstekende klantervaring.

Concreet zal je:

  • Klantenvragen beantwoorden via telefoon, mail en chat.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij digitale toepassingen en dagelijkse bankverrichtingen.
  • Zorgen voor vlotte, duidelijke en empathische communicatie.
  • Proactief meedenken in oplossingen, steeds met respect voor discretie en interne procedures.

Tijdens de eerste 2,5 maanden volg je een intensieve, klassikale opleiding — in deze periode is het niet mogelijk om verlof te nemen.

  • Perfect Nederlandstalig, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Minimum ASO-diploma; een Bachelor of Master is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring is geen must!
  • Klantgericht, empathisch en stressbestendig.
  • In staat om procedures nauwgezet te volgen.
  • Communicatief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • In het bezit van een attest van goed gedrag en zeden.
