Geen saaie backoffice-job, wel veel klantcontact, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Als Medewerker Daily & Digital Solutions ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel, correct en vriendelijk geholpen worden via verschillende kanalen.
  • Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat
  • Advies geven over dagelijkse bankproducten en digitale toepassingen
  • Klanten begeleiden bij online bankieren en mobiele apps
  • Problemen analyseren en oplossingsgericht handelen
  • Correct omgaan met procedures, regelgeving en vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Actief bijdragen aan een uitstekende klantbeleving

Jij hoeft nog geen ervaring in de banksector te hebben. Jouw motivatie, leergierigheid en klantgerichtheid maken het verschil. Jij bent:

  • Pas afgestudeerd en hebt een aso-diploma, bachelor of master op zak
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en beheerst het Frans passief.
  • Klantgericht en empathisch
  • Digitaal vaardig en nieuwsgierig naar technologie
  • Stressbestendig en nauwkeurig
  • Communicatief en commercieel sterk; 40 calls per dag is voor jou geen probleem
  • Bereid om je te verplaatsen naar het kantoor in Brussel. Het kantoor is gelegen op 300 meter van treinstation Brussel-noord
  • In het bezit van een attest van goed gedrag en zeden
