Medewerker Daily & Digital Solutions Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit klanten helpen, vlot communiceert en graag werkt in een moderne, digitale omgeving? Dan is dit misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor het Daily & Digital Solutions Team zoeken we enthousiaste collega's die willen meegroeien binnen een innovatieve bankomgeving. Als Medewerker Daily & Digital Solutions ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en maak je elke dag het verschil met jouw servicegerichte aanpak.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun dagelijkse bankverrichtingen en digitale toepassingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een heldere, professionele en klantgerichte communicatie.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over oplossingen en helpt klanten op een efficiënte manier verder.
  • Je werkt steeds zorgvuldig, met respect voor vertrouwelijkheid en interne procedures.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Je start met een uitgebreide en praktijkgerichte opleiding van 2,5 maanden. Tijdens deze periode word je klassikaal begeleid zodat je alle producten, systemen en processen grondig leert kennen. Omdat deze opleiding essentieel is voor een succesvolle opstart, kan er tijdens deze periode geen verlof opgenomen worden.

Een ideale opportuniteit voor kandidaten die hun eerste stappen in de banksector willen zetten of hun ervaring verder willen uitbouwen binnen een klantgerichte en digitale omgeving.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs (ASO); een bachelor- of masterdiploma is een mooie extra troef.
  • Ervaring is geen vereiste. Motivatie, leergierigheid en klantgerichtheid zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je bent empathisch, servicegericht en weet ook in drukke situaties het overzicht te bewaren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt procedures correct en consequent op.
  • Je communiceert vlot, denkt oplossingsgericht mee en haalt voldoening uit het helpen van klanten.
  • Je kan een attest van goed gedrag en zeden voorleggen.
