Daarom bouwen we verder aan een e-commerceorganisatie waarin campagnes, klantdata en commerciële performance steeds slimmer samenkomen. Kun jij van commerciële doelstellingen effectieve campagnes maken én met data aantonen wat werkt? Bij OPEN32 zoeken we een Digital Campaign & Performance Marketeer die verder kijkt dan losse kanalen. Iemand die campagnes over de volle breedte analyseert, kansen herkent in data en klantgedrag en deze vertaalt naar concrete acties die bijdragen aan traffic, conversie, omzet en klantgroei. Digital Campaign & Performance Marketeer bij OPEN32 Als Digital Campaign & Performance Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de performance van onze digitale campagnes en marketingkanalen. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar Google, Meta of een individuele ROAS. Je wilt begrijpen wat er gebeurt, waarom het gebeurt en wat we vervolgens moeten doen. Samen met E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Merchandise en onze externe bureaus vertaal je commerciële doelstellingen en campagnes naar een slimme digitale aanpak. Je bepaalt waarop we sturen, analyseert de resultaten en maakt zichtbaar waar kansen liggen. Je combineert daarmee campagne management, performance marketing en analyse. In jouw rol: - Stuur je campagnes op resultaat. Je vertaalt commerciële doelstellingen en campagneplannen naar duidelijke KPI's, targets en meetplannen en bewaakt de performance gedurende de campagne; - Analyseer je wat campagnes daadwerkelijk opleveren. Je kijkt verder dan clicks en ROAS en brengt onder andere traffic, conversie, omzet, klantgedrag, kanaalbijdrage en andere relevante KPI's met elkaar in verband; - Verbind je campagnes en kanalen. Je kijkt naar de rol van onder andere SEA, Shopping, Performance Max, Meta, Display, Affiliate, SEO en andere digitale touchpoints bin...
