De Digital Commerce Lead is verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw, optimalisatie en commerciële performance van de digitale verkoopkanalen van Sunny Europe, met de webshop als belangrijkste focus. De functie vertaalt commerciële doelstellingen, aangeleverde inzichten en klantfeedback naar digitale prioriteiten, verbeterprojecten en meetbare acties rond omzet, conversie, klantbeleving en efficiëntie. De rol combineert strategische ownership met hands-on opvolging van webshopverbeteringen, Magento-prioriteiten, testing, requirements en digitale commerciële projecten.

De Digital Commerce Lead die we zoeken is commercieel ingesteld, gestructureerd en ondernemend, maar natuurlijk ook een fijne collega voor alle Sunny medewerkers.

* Bachelor/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in e-commerce, marketing, digital business, commerciële economie of een gelijkaardige richting.

* Aantoonbare ervaring in e-commerce, digitale marketing, webshopoptimalisatie of digital business development.

* Praktijkervaring met webshopplatformen zoals Magento is een belangrijke vereiste voor deze functie.

* Inzicht van e-commerceprocessen, datastromen en integraties tussen webshop, ERP en commerciële tools is een pluspunt.

* Analytisch en communicatief sterk, met het vermogen om KPI’s, inzichten en commerciële behoeften te vertalen naar digitale prioriteiten en functionele vereisten.

* Proactief, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht in het initiëren en opvolgen van verbetertrajecten.

Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels.
