The posting

Met ondertussen de 6de generatie aan het roer is onze familiale brouwerij uitgegroeid tot een moderne onderneming met merken geliefd over heel de wereld. Ons geheim? We hebben passie voor vakmanschap maar ook voor onze mensen. Ze zijn dan ook onze grootste ambassadeurs.

Het Halve Maan team is in de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid, met onder meer commerciële en operationele profielen. We groeien ook op internationaal vlak, met buitenlandse verkoopkantoren en wereldwijde distributie. Ondanks deze groei blijft het familiale karakter centraal staan.

Momenteel is onze groeiende brouwerij op zoek naar een gedreven digital & content marketeer.

Jouw rol

  • Je staat mee in voor de digitale communicatie van onze merken via sociale media, websites, mailings en andere kanalen.
  • Je bedenkt en creëert content voor onze verschillende merken, met een sterke focus op paid media, en vertaalt creatieve concepten naar concrete formats en campagnes.
  • Je organiseert foto- en videoshoots en volgt deze zelfstandig op, van planning tot oplevering.
  • Je beheert onze socialmediakanalen, doet aan community management en schrijft treffende copy voor sociale media, website, nieuwsbrieven en andere communicatie.
  • Je houdt onze website dagdagelijks up-to-date via het CMS-systeem.
  • Je zet mediaplannen op, beheert onze digitale campagnes (Meta, Google) en vertaalt de resultaten naar heldere rapportages en inzichten.
  • Je bewaakt de positionering en brand guidelines van onze merken en trekt zelfstandig marketingprojecten, van planning tot uitvoering.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het marketingteam, samen met de marketingmanager en de grafisch ontwerper. Daarnaast werk je, afhankelijk van het project, nauw samen met collega’s van andere afdelingen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een marketinggerelateerde richting en een eerste professionele ervaring in marketing.
  • Je hebt interesse in bier, horeca en/of gastronomie.
  • Je hebt een passie voor sterke communicatie, digitale marketing en content creatie, en schrijft vlot en creatief. Je weet onze merken op een aantrekkelijke manier tot leven te brengen.
  • Je zet zelfstandig en gestructureerd digitale campagnes op in Meta Business Suite en Google Ads, en volgt ze nauwgezet op. Je weet welke data en metrics ertoe doen en haalt er met tools zoals Google Analytics scherpe inzichten uit.
  • Je hebt ervaring met contentcreatie en maakt graag zelf video's voor sociale media en andere digitale kanalen. Je hebt geen schrik om een camera in handen te nemen.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met sociale media en weet feilloos welke content op welk moment op welk kanaal het beste werkt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitale mailings, bij voorkeur via Mailchimp.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en trekt projecten van A tot Z. Daarbij pak je de zaken vast en schakel je vlot tussen taken en prioriteiten.
  • Tegelijk ben je een teamplayer en een sterke communicator die moeiteloos over de afdelingen heen samenwerkt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
  • Je herkent jezelf in onze kernwaarden: respect, geloofwaardigheid en vakmanschap.
