Het C reative Lab is één van de drie centrale pijlers binnen Vooruit, naast de studiedienst en de dienst beweging. Waar de studiedienst werkt aan inhoud en analyse, en de dienst beweging zorgt voor mobilisatie en verankering, focust het Creative Lab op verbeelding, vorm en verhaal. Hier ontstaan de ideeën, beelden en campagnes die onze boodschap kracht geven. Het lab combineert creativiteit met strategie en zet volop in op innovatie, visuele identiteit en digitale formats. Het is de plek waar politiek kleur krijgt: scherp, helder en altijd in beweging.

Als Digital Creative kom je terecht in ons Creative Lab, een van de drie centrale pijlers binnen Vooruit. In het Creative Lab vertalen we elke dag complexe politieke boodschappen naar scherpe content voor onze sociale en digitale kanalen. We zoeken een creatief talent dat in campagnes denkt en mee de toekomst van onze digitale werking vormgeeft.

Wie ben je?

  • Je deelt de progressieve waarden van Vooruit. Je wilt mee het verschil maken en volgt de politieke actualiteit op de voet, omdat je het oprecht interessant vindt!
  • Je vertrekt vanuit een idee en bouwt daar samen met het team een 360°-verhaal rond: carrousel, reel, longform, story, …
  • Je weet wat werkt op TikTok, Facebook of andere platformen. Je spot trends razendsnel en weet ook wanneer je er net niet op moet springen.
  • Je kent de shortcuts in de Adobe suite, maar haalt je neus niet op voor Canva of Capcut. Je experimenteert graag met nieuwe features en zet AI-tools slim in om sneller en doelbewust te werken.
  • De politiek is volatiel, dus je kan razendsnel schakelen. Een obstakel zie je als een uitdaging en je blijft zoeken tot je de oplossing hebt. Je kan om met strakke deadlines.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol bij een merk, agency, mediahuis of maatschappelijke organisatie.

Wat zal je doen?

  • Je vertaalt politieke standpunten en de actualiteit naar pakkende content voor Instagram, TikTok, Facebook en LinkedIn.
  • Je bedenkt en pitcht proactief eigen campagneconcepten zonder steeds op een briefing te wachten.
  • Je staat in voor het volledige creatieve proces: je filmt op events of sets, edit reels en maakt designs van op ons kantoor in hartje Brussel.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het team, de copywriters, de directie en de woordvoerders.
  • Je stelt je flexibel op. Afhankelijk van je expertise mag je projecten trekken, maar soms moet je ook andere ideeën en concepten uitwerken en uitvoeren.
  • Je analyseert de prestaties van je content en gebruikt deze inzichten om je eigen werk voortdurend bij te sturen en te verbeteren.
