- Werken bij - Over Cegeka Austria DE Colombia On-site support At customer site, Flexible, Utrecht, Veenendaal, Zoetermeer Digital Employee Xperience 25127 8209 Bij Cegeka Digital Employee Experience (DEX) krijg je de kans om je IT-carrière verder uit te bouwen bij aansprekende nationale en internationale klanten. Binnen Onsite Support werk je op locatie bij onze klanten aan het oplossen van IT-verstoringen, het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers en het continu verbeteren van de IT-omgeving. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin snel schakelen, klantgerichtheid en flexibiliteit belangrijk zijn. Tegelijkertijd krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen via opleidingen, certificeringen en begeleiding. - Je helpt eindgebruikers op locatie, aan de balie of telefonisch met uiteenlopende IT-vragen en verstoringen. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werkplekken van verschillende klanten. Denk hierbij aan het inspoelen van werkplekken, uitgifte IT-equipment aan nieuwe medewerkers, break/ fix, ondersteuning Service Hubs, etc. De ondersteuning bied je zowel op afspraak, via een inloopbalie of telefonisch. - Je stelt de juiste prioriteiten en zorgt voor tevreden eindgebruikers door praktische en duidelijke oplossingen te bieden. - Je werkt samen met collega's van onder andere de servicedesk en verschillende beheer- en specialistenteams. - Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om je te ontwikkelen richting andere IT-functies bijvoorbeeld systeembeheer, applicatiebeheer, werkplekbeheer of netwerkbeheer. - Je vertegenwoordigt Cegeka bij onze klanten en draagt bij aan een goede dienstverlening en professionele klantbeleving. Wat breng jij mee? - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO niveau 4, bij voorkeur IT-gerelateerd, of een hbo-propedeuse. - Je hebt een goede basiskennis van IT en kunt dit toelichten met passende voorbeelden.
